(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise specified shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 94.03 shall be fined $10 for the first offense, $50 for the second offense, and $100 for the third and subsequent offenses.
