(A) It has been decided that three street light changes are to be made. One street light (with two lights), including one pole to be added to the south side of the Gordon Park playground area at 199 S. Main. One light to be added to existing pole #06493-00281 (second pole from the intersection of Hopkinsville Road and Red Hill Road) on Red Hill Road. One light to be added to an existing pole #1853248 (in front of the residence at 364 S. Hopkinsville Road).
(B) It has been decided that 12 street light changes are to be made. Replace existing street lights two in the front parking lot of City Hall (pole #07493-01554) to Cobra Head LED 228, replacing one existing light on Main Street, in front of City Hall (pole #07551-1468) to Cobra Head LED 228, replacing all four lights at Gordon Park playground area at 199 S. Main to Cobra Head LED 228, replace one light in the rear parking lot at City Hall (pole #07325-01664), next to the cafeteria to Cobra Head LED 228. Replace one light across from City Maintenance Building, 77 North Oak Street, (pole #08175-50401) to Cobra Head LED 228, add one Cobra Head LED 228 light on corner of Elm Street and Jessie Street (pole #1853266), replace one light behind the City Maintenance Building to Cobra Head LED 228, add one 35-foot pole and one Cobra Head LED 228 light on West Poplar Street, in the northeast corner of the City Maintenance Building property.
