§ 71.05 SPEED LIMIT.
   (A)   The speed limit on all city-maintained streets shall be 25 mph, with the exception of the city-maintained streets specified by the Mayor and City Council.
   (B)   The speed on all city maintained alleyways shall be ten mph, with the exception of the city-maintained alleyways specified by the Mayor and City Council.
   (C)   Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be subject to the fine schedule set forth in KRS 189.394.
