§ 51.073 TREATMENT OF OVERSTRENGTH OR TOXIC WASTE.

Users having a discharge over the normal sewer strength of 300 milligrams per liter total suspended solids or 250 milligrams per liter biochemical oxygen demand shall incur an additional charge to be determined on the basis of the variable costs attributed to wastewater strength.
