§ 51.020 SCOPE OF REGULATIONS.
   The regulations, prohibitions, and conditions contained in this subchapter shall be deemed to supplement the bond ordinance and the water and sewer rate ordinance adopted by the city in connection with the financing of the municipal combined water and sewer system.
