Any person who is found guilty of violation of any provision of this chapter by the Ethics Officer may appeal the finding to the circuit court of the county within 30 days after the final action of the Ethics Officer by filing a petition with the court against the Ethics Officer. The Ethics Officer shall transmit to the clerk of the court all evidence considered by the Ethics Officer at the public hearing.
