(A) The Ethics Officer shall be the “official custodian” of the statements of financial interest and shall have control over the maintenance of the statements of financial interests. The statements of financial interest shall be maintained by the Ethics Officer, or the administrative official designated by the Ethics Officer as the “custodian”, as public documents, available for public inspection immediately upon filing.
(B) Records will be maintained in compliance with standards established by the Archives and Records Commission.
