240.09 AGE LIMIT FOR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TO THE DIVISION OF POLICE.

Notwithstanding anything in R.C. § 124.41 to the contrary, no person is eligible to receive an original appointment in the Division of Police when the person is fifty years of age or older.
