216.10 COMPLIANCE OFFICER.
   Due to credit cards being maintained in the possession of the Finance Department under the supervision of the Director of Finance and using the sign in, sign out procedure, the City is not utilizing a compliance officer designated by the Mayor. Should there be a time in the future when the City issues credit cards to individual employees and no longer uses the sign in, sign out procedure; the City shall first name a compliance officer.
