216.04 PROCEDURES FOR OPENING NEW CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.

In order to open a new credit card account a written request must be made to the Director of Finance. The request must be reviewed and approved by the Director of Finance. Once approved, the Director of Finance shall open the account under the City's name using his/her name as custodian of the account.
