1640.06 ROUTES FOR VEHICLES TRANSPORTING EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING AGENTS.

Vehicles transporting explosives and blasting agents shall avoid congested traffic and densely populated areas. Designated routes shall be followed. The designated routes for the transportation of explosives and blasting agents shall be Interstate 76 and U.S. 21.
