Upon the request of the Director of Public Safety, the Solicitor shall institute and prosecute the necessary action or proceeding to enforce this Fire Prevention Code and related sections of the Ohio Revised Code. In addition to any other remedies set forth in this Fire Prevention Code, the Solicitor may seek preliminary and permanent injunctive relief to enforce orders of a fire official, including the cessation of the use of any premises, equipment, appliance or process until the orders of the fire official are complied with.
