1496.05 REPEAL OF SECTIONS 110 AND 302.4 OF THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.

The provisions in Section 1496.04 shall be used instead of and replace the provisions set forth in Section 110, "Demolitions," and Section 302.4, "Weeds," of the International Property Maintenance Code. Section 110, "Demolitions," and Section 302.4, "Weeds," of the International Property Maintenance Code are repealed.
