Greenhouses more than fifteen feet in height shall have a noncombustible structural frame. Greenhouses not over 400 square feet in area, nor over fifteen feet high, shall be considered accessory structures and may be of any type of construction of adequate strength, except that any greenhouse with wood frames shall be located not less than fifteen feet from any adjoining structure or property line. Private greenhouses permitted in Residential Districts under the Zoning Code shall be classified as residential accessory buildings.
