The owner or person in control of an amusement device shall immediately notify the Police Division and the Superintendent of Building and Zoning Inspection of each accident to a person or apparatus on, about or in connection with such amusement device, and shall afford the Superintendent and the Police Division every facility as may be required for investigating such accident and the damage resulting therefrom.
