1484.08 MAINTENANCE OF TENTS AND AWNINGS.

Every person who owns a tent or awning which is erected in the City shall ensure that it is maintained in a safe condition and in compliance with the provisions of this Building and Housing Code. Any tent or awning which is not so maintained shall be removed by the owner thereof.
