1466.11 SUBFLOORING.
   Subflooring may be one inch sheathing boards laid diagonally or at right angles to joists, securely nailed at bearings. All joints shall be over joists. One-half inch plywood may be used when floor joists do not exceed sixteen-inch centers, the outside grain of which shall run at right angles to the joists.
