1466.10 FLOORING WITHOUT SUBFLOORING.

For dwellings where the spacing of floor joists does not exceed sixteen inches o.c., cut finish flooring not less than 23/32 of an inch thick T. &. G. may be used without a subfloor, provided the ends of the flooring boards are cut over joists.
