1464.01 BATHROOM VENTILATION.

Every bathroom shall contain a window, which is of the operating type, or a ventilating shaft which extends to and through the roof. This required bathroom ventilation shall not go through an overhang which comprises the required roof ventilation or through a roof vent which is part of the required roof ventilation.
