1454.06 EXISTING DEVICES AND STRUCTURES.

No sign or outdoor advertising display erected before the effective date of this Building and Housing Code shall be altered or moved unless it is brought into compliance with the requirements of this Building and Housing Code for new signs and outdoor advertising displays.
