1452.36 INSPECTION AT DAY’S END.

A thorough inspection of the entire building shall be made at the close of each day’s work by a person designated and instructed for that purpose and who shall report conditions to the watchperson on duty, if one is required, or to the person responsible for the operation, if a watchperson is not required.
