1452.30 DEMOLITION PROCEDURE; REMOVAL OF MATERIALS.
   (a)   When public safety and safety to property are involved in the demolition of a building, one story at a time shall be completely removed. No wall, chimney or other construction shall be allowed to fall in mass on a floor. Bulky material, such as beams and columns, shall be lowered and not thrown.
   (b)   After work has been started on the demolition of a building or structure, it shall be continuously and diligently carried on, at least during regular working hours, until the building or structure is completely demolished and until all materials resulting from the demolition have been removed from the site, unless otherwise permitted by the Superintendent of Building and Zoning Inspection and approved by the Fire Chief. All materials shall be stored in a manner approved by the Fire Chief and at a location approved by the Superintendent.
