1452.29 BLOCKING STREETS WITH MOVED BUILDINGS.
   No building or other structure, during the course of being relocated, shall remain within the intersection of public streets overnight or on Sundays or legal holidays, nor at any other location on a street, alley or public thoroughfare at such times, except with written approval of the Director of Public Service and the Chief of Police. After a building or structure has been moved onto a street, alley or public thoroughfare, the work of moving such building and structure shall be continuously and diligently carried on at least during regular working hours until it is placed at its new permanent location.
