1452.27 MOVING BUILDINGS TO OTHER LOTS.
Buildings moved to other lots shall comply with all the provisions of this Building and Housing Code for new construction, except where such compliance, in the opinion of the Superintendent of Building and Zoning Inspection, would be an unnecessary hardship. If the building or structure moved is structurally safe and complies with the provisions of this Building and Housing Code for safety from fire, has adequate means of egress, is properly located on the lot and all new work in connection therewith complies with the requirements of this Building and Housing Code, the Superintendent need not require full compliance with the provisions of this Building and Housing Code.
