1452.18 APPLICABILITY OF STATE INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION REGULATIONS; ENFORCEMENT.

The provisions of Bulletin IC-3, entitled Specific Safety Requirements Relating to Construction, of the Industrial Commission of Ohio, are applicable, but the enforcement thereof shall not be deemed a duty of the Superintendent of Building and Zoning Inspection.
