1452.17 CELLAR DRAINAGE.

Before the foundation walls of a building or structure are commenced, provision shall be made to prevent water accumulating in the excavation or cellar. Use of sewers and appurtenances for this purpose shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of Public Services.
