(a) Fuel-fired temporary boilers shall be placed so as to avoid unnecessary hazards and to provide ample room for free and safe movement for operation.
(b) When the boilers are placed within a building, or within ten feet of any part thereof, only noncombustible materials shall be used for the exterior covering of any enclosures for such boilers.
(c) Suitable spark guards shall be provided for all boiler smokestacks when a fire hazard would result from the sparks from the stacks.
