1450.05 PRIMACY OF ZONING CODE.

Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to authorize a projection beyond a building line that is prohibited by the Zoning Code or by any other law or ordinance, nor to prohibit the projection beyond a building line of anything permitted by the Zoning Code to project beyond the building line.
