1448.04 LOCATION OF NUMBERS; MATERIALS AND DIMENSIONS.

The owner of any house or building upon any street shall place or cause to be placed above the door, or in some other conspicuous place upon the front of such house or building, the proper numbers as provided by the County Engineer. Such numbers shall be on suitable metals with figures thereon of not less than three inches in heights.
