1444.03 MINIMUM HORIZONTAL WIND PRESSURE.
   All buildings and structures, including tanks, towers and signs, shall be designed to resist a horizontal wind pressure on all surfaces exposed to the wind, allowing for wind in any direction, of not less than twenty pounds per square foot for those portions less than forty feet above the ground, and of not less than thirty pounds per square foot for those portions more than forty feet above the ground.
