1442.07 PERMIT ISSUANCE TO CONTRACTOR OR HOMEOWNER.

Permits shall be issued only to a licensed contractor or to the bona fide owner of a single-family dwelling. No person shall employ anyone other than a licensed contractor to perform such work.
