1438.10 FIRE PARTITIONS IN BUILDINGS OF TYPE 3 CONSTRUCTION.

In buildings of Type 3 (exterior masonry wall) construction, fire partitions, if required in a story as a horizontal exit, shall be continuous through all stories from the foundation to the roof.
