Approved fire-extinguishing equipment, installed in accordance with standards set forth in the Ohio Building Code, Section 4101:2-9, shall be deemed to conform to the provisions of this chapter, unless inconsistent with the provisions, intent and purpose of this Building and Housing Code or the rules and regulations of the Summit County Department of Health.
