1432.16 ELECTRIC HEATING.
   (a)   “Electric heating” means that portion of space conditioning that makes use of electricity as the source of energy. It shall be installed by licensed electricians in accordance with the National Electrical Code.
   (b)   Heat loss calculations shall be submitted and approved as specified in Chapter 1442.
   (c)   All sheet metal, duct work or forced air through pipes or other confined spaces shall be installed only by a licensed space conditioning contractor.
