(a) An owner, or his or her authorized agent, may request, in writing, that an inspection be made of his or her premises when no remodeling, additions or improvements are contemplated. Requests should be addressed to the Superintendent of Building and Zoning Inspection.

(b) Fees are based upon one inspector spending no more than one hour of cumulative time. Fees for such an inspection as listed below must accompany the request and are as follows:
