1426.20 PERMIT TIME LIMITATION AND EXPIRATION; FEE APPLIED TO NEW PERMIT.
   A permit under which no work is commenced within ninety days shall expire as provided for in Section 1426.13(c). The fee for a permit which has expired and under which no work has been or will be done shall not be refunded, but such fee may be applied toward a new permit for the same applicant, at the same or a different location, if the new permit is applied for and issued within three months after the issuance of the expired or unused permit, provided the permit receipt, permit and/or permit card for the expired or unused permit is returned to the Division of Building and Zoning Inspection.
   This section applies to any type of permit authorized to be issued by the Division of Building and Zoning Inspection.
