(a) When applying for a building permit, an applicant shall:
(1) Furnish the house number.
(2) Furnish the lot number and the name of the allotment and other legal identification.
(3) Furnish a scaled plot plan showing the size of the lot and the location of the buildings on the lot.
(4) Show how roof water is disposed of.
(5) Furnish a basement plan showing the thickness of walls, the location of the furnace, the center post footings and other footings, and the size of the chimney.
(6) Furnish a complete set of floor plans.
(7) Furnish at least two elevations on plans.
(8) Furnish a complete set of framing plans, showing the size and spacing of joists, the size of beams, etc.
(9) Know between what cross streets the building is to be located.
(10) Furnish a heating layout and heat loss plan.
(11) Furnish an electric layout, including service placement.
(b) An applicant shall agree to permit conditions specified in Section 1426.13.
