1422.01 DESIGNATION OF DIVISION OF BUILDING AND ZONING INSPECTION; COMPOSITION.

(a) Designation. The Division of Building and Zoning Inspection within the Department of Public Service shall be known and designated as the Division of Building and Zoning Inspection in this Code.

(b) Composition. The Division of Building and Zoning Inspection shall consist of the Superintendent of Building and Zoning Inspection, the Assistant Superintendent and a Plans Examiner.
