Whenever any provision or requirement in this Building and Housing Code, relating specifically to the construction, equipment, maintenance or operation of any building or structure or part thereof, used for the purpose of any specific class, shall conflict with the general provisions in this Building and Housing Code, relating to the construction, equipment, maintenance or operation of buildings generally, the specific provision shall govern in each case.
