The Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two- and Three-Family Dwellings, Ohio Administrative Code Section 4101:8, as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, in its current form and as it may hereafter be amended, shall apply and be enforced within the City. Each time the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations updates and adopts a new edition of the Residential Code of Ohio, that edition shall automatically be applicable and enforceable in the City.
