1284.04 AREA REQUIREMENTS.
   Area requirements on the Public Recreation District are as follows:
   (a)   Minimum Lot Area. Zero.
   (b)   Minimum Lot Width. Zero.
   (c)   Minimum Lot Depth. Zero.
   (d)   Maximum Lot Coverage by Structures. Ten percent of the total lot area.
