1284.03 USES REQUIRING SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE PERMITS.
   The following uses require special exception use permits in the Public Recreation District:
   (a)   Refreshment stands.
   (b)   Restaurants.
   (c)   Lodges or hotels offering overnight accommodations.
   (d)   Campgrounds.
