(a) This Title Six of Part Twelve of these Codified Ordinances contains provisions which limit and restrict to specified districts or zones, and regulate therein, buildings and structures, according to their construction and the nature and extent of their use, and the nature and extent of the uses of land, in the City of Norton, Summit County, Ohio, and provide for the administration, enforcement and amendment thereof, in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 713, and for the repeal of all ordinances in conflict therewith.
(b) This Title Six shall be known and may be cited as the Zoning Code of the City of Norton, 1988, and shall be referred to herein as "this Zoning Code."
