(a) Vertical. The profile grades for arterial streets shall be connected by vertical curves of a minimum length equivalent to at least forty times the algebraic difference between the rates of grade, expressed in feet per hundred; for collector and minor streets, at least twenty times.
(b) Minimum Horizontal Radii of Centerline Curvature.
(1) Arterial Streets. 1,000 feet.
(2) Collector Streets. 300 feet.
(3) Minor Streets. 200 feet.
(4) Cul-de-sac Streets. 00 feet.
(c) Visibility.
(1) Minimum vertical visibility (measured four and one-half feet eye level to eighteen-inch tail light) shall be 800 feet on arterial streets, 500 feet on collector streets and 300 feet on minor streets.
(2) Minimum horizontal visibility shall be 800 feet on arterial streets, 500 feet on collector streets and 300 feet on all other streets as measured on centerlines.
