Prior to submitting an application for a preliminary plat, the subdivider shall submit a sketch plat and participate in a sketch plat review meeting with the Director of Planning, Director of Building and Zoning, and the City Engineer who shall advise the subdivider of regulations, requirements, procedures, plans, and issues likely to be addressed in review of the subdivision.
