(a) The fees and costs of reservation, rental and/or use of any park pavilions or other park facilities shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations for use of the park pavilions or other park facilities as issued by the Administrative Officer from time to time.
(b) There shall be no charge for Norton nonprofit and/or civic organizations as set forth in the rules and regulations for use of the park pavilions or other park facilities as issued by the Administrative Officer from time to time.
(c) There shall be no charge for any political organization functions, with the exception of fundraisers as set forth in the rules and regulations for use of the parks as issued by the Administrative Officer from time to time.
(d) All monies received pursuant to division (a) hereof shall be collected by the Director of Finance and deposited into the Park Fund.
