(a) The fees and costs of reservation, rental and/or use of the Community Center Building shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations for use of the Community Center Building as issued by the Administrative Officer from time to time.
(b) There shall be no charge for Norton nonprofit and/or civic organizations as set forth in the rules and regulations for use of the Community Center Building as issued by the Administrative Officer from time to time.
(c) There shall be no charge for any political organization functions, with the exception of fund raisers as set forth in the rules and regulations for use of the Community Center Building as issued by the Administrative Officer from time to time.
(d) Monies realized from the rentals are to be used toward the cleaning services, inspection services, payment of insurance and utility bills, repairs and for the purchase of furnishings for the Community Center Building.
(e) A security deposit, to guarantee the condition of the premises when used, shall be posted with the City before any use hereunder, as set forth in the rules and regulations for use of the Community Center Building as issued by the Administrative Officer from time to time.
