1032.05 INTERFERENCE.

No person shall interfere with the Director of Public Service, or with his or her agents while engaged in or about the carrying out of the provisions of this chapter, or while in the performance of any of the work ordered by the Director to be done hereunder. Unlawful interference shall constitute a misdemeanor of the second degree.
