1029.01 CITY PARTICIPATION.

The Mayor and /or Administrative Officer of the City of Norton are hereby authorized and directed to take any and all action necessary to engage the City of Norton as a participant as a co-permittee with Summit County under its Countywide Storm Water Management program (SWMP) for implementation of Ohio EPA's National Pollutant Discharge System Phase II Program.
