(a) The County is hereby authorized to include the entire corporate limits of the City, as set forth on the map attached as Exhibit "A" to original Ordinance 69-1999, passed September 27, 1999, in an enterprise zone.
(b) The Clerk of the County Council of Summit County, Ohio, is hereby authorized to include this section in the petition to the Director of the Ohio Department of Development.
